i stayed at the hotel for several nights. the location was very convenient to the train station and the city center. the bed was comfortable and i found very good sound isolation in the room. the staff was friendly and helpful. i got a family room and the beds were comfy.

the room was a standard double room, providing ample space. the location was indeed central, as advertised (ideal for exploring the city). i found the lobby quite cute, it made waiting comfortable. a kettle in the room was a nice amenity.

the lack of on-site parking proved inconvenient. i had to use a public parking garage a few blocks away. carrying luggage from there to the hotel was not optimal.

the reception staff were helpful with directions and local information. check-in was swift, and the staff were attentive to requests (offering extra towels and pillows without delay). the availability of staff at the front desk 24/7 was reassuring.
